1. GENERAL TERMS
T & N Traders ("Company") provides government contracting, general order supply, manufacturing, import, and export services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our services include but are not limited to: supply of office equipment, IT equipment, general items, early child care education kits, fashion kits, railway furnace items, literacy and stationery items, consumable items, and agriculture items for government and institutional clients.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. The Company reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion. Government tender orders are executed strictly as per the terms of the tender document.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
• Prices are quoted per tender specifications or mutual agreement.
• Payment terms are as agreed in the purchase order or contract.
• All prices are subject to applicable government taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.) as per FBR regulations.
• Late payments may attract additional charges as per contractual terms.
5. DELIVERY & SUPPLY
• Delivery timelines are as per purchase order specifications.
• The Company commits to timely delivery; however, force majeure events may cause delays.
• Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon delivery and acceptance.
6. QUALITY ASSURANCE
All supplies meet the specifications mentioned in tender documents or purchase orders. The Company maintains quality standards as required by government procurement rules.
7. PPRA COMPLIANCE
All procurement activities are conducted in strict compliance with PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules and regulations, including e-PADS portal requirements.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the goods/services supplied. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable provincial laws of Punjab.
11. AMENDMENTS
T & N Traders reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
